	252 copies of annual report distributed to key stakeholders in HPSS and community and voluntary sector
	Website updated on monthly basis
	All information leaflets re-recorded and available in CD format upon request
	Council leaflet now available in - Braille - Lithuanian - Latvian - Russian - Portuguese - Polish - Mandarin - Ukranian - Irish - Urdu
