• 693 calls received in relation to complaints
• 43135 visits to website. (Same period last year - 37295 visits)
• 197976 hits on website (Same period last year - 229703 visits)
• 319 information leaflets distributed to organisations and individuals
• 252 copies of annual report distributed to key stakeholders in HPSS and community and voluntary sector
• Website updated on monthly basis
• All information leaflets re-recorded and available in CD format upon request
