Potential New Targets

The Council believes you should be clear what to expect from the services you receive at home or in the community, including how quickly you should be seen if you need:

- Physiotherapy
- an Occupational Therapy Assessment
- Counselling
- a Social Worker Assessment
- a Care Plan

The Council believes you should be clear what to do and what service you should expect if you need:

- a Podiatrist
- a Dentist
- an Optician

The Council will encourage the Department to set clear understandable targets for these services so that all patients know what they should expect from their Health and Social Services at home as well as in hospital.
